Order Preparation
Your order is prepared after payment confirmation. In-stock products are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days. This preparation period is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
Free shipping applies to orders of TRY 1,500 or more within Türkiye. Shipping costs and your order total are shown at the delivery step before payment. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout for Standard Domestic Shipping is 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary by location and the carrier’s workload.
Delivery Inspection & Support
Inspect your parcel on delivery. If you notice damage caused in transit, ask the courier for a damage report and contact us. Visit our Contact page for order and shipping enquiries, and our Returns Policy for the returns process.
