DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

PARTIES AND SUBJECT

This agreement is concluded electronically between the person purchasing products through www.puledrovoyage.com (the "WEBSITE"), referred to as the "BUYER", and the seller whose details are set out below.

This agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Prices displayed on the website remain valid until updated. Promotional and time-limited prices remain valid until the stated end date.

ARTICLE 1 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the purchased product, without providing a reason or paying a penalty.

1.2. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by email or in writing within this period.

1.3. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

1.4. The invoice, any accessories and all accompanying items supplied with the product must be returned in full.

1.5. Following receipt of the withdrawal notice by the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within the period specified by applicable legislation.

1.6. Returns under the right of withdrawal are subject to the legislation in force.

ARTICLE 2 — EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products manufactured at the BUYER’s specific request;

  • Personalised or customised products;

  • Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons;

  • Products with opened packaging that cannot be resold;

  • Products liable to deteriorate rapidly.

Variations in colour, pattern, form and dimensions in natural products, such as peacock feathers and natural decorative materials, arise from their natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

ARTICLE 3 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1

The BUYER acknowledges having read the information on the website about the products’ essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery, and having provided the necessary electronic approval.

3.2

Subject to availability, ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER as soon as possible and within the statutory maximum of 30 days.

3.3

If the product is to be delivered to a person or organisation other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for that recipient’s refusal to accept delivery.

3.4

The BUYER must inspect the product on delivery and, if damage caused during transit is identified, ask the courier to prepare a report before accepting it.

3.5

The BUYER confirms that the information provided when ordering is accurate and complete. The SELLER is not responsible for delivery problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

3.6

The SELLER is not obliged to deliver a product until the order amount has been paid in full.

3.7

The SELLER’s legal rights are reserved in the event of bank-related cancellations, chargebacks or similar issues involving credit card transactions.

3.8

If delivery is delayed by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption or official decisions, the SELLER will inform the BUYER.

In this case, the BUYER may:

  • Cancel the order;

  • Request an equivalent product;

  • Wait until the force majeure event ends.

If the order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded to the BUYER within the period specified by applicable legislation.

3.9

ARTICLE 4 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, subject to the monetary thresholds announced each year by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 5 — ENTRY INTO FORCE

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.

This agreement enters into force electronically when the order is completed.
